All Purchases Are Subjected To Following Terms

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frames. Some items like bleached shirts can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping, especially if it's a shirt I don't keep in stock. Turn around time is 15-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. 

Please keep in mind all items are unisex sizing and when ordering bleach items, all will be relatively the same to product photo, but it’s possible the patterns can vary. Distressed, bleached and tie-dye shirts are hand made, hand dyed, hand distressed and bleached by hand, no two shirts will be exactly the same, but we try to make them close to the reference photo.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, tumblers, phone cases, etc. from Puzzle Bug Boutique. Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.  If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at puzzlebugboutique@gmail.com, before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need.

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to puzzlebugboutique@gmail.com within 3 days.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Puzzle Bug Boutique is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
